2017-2018 Track and Field 
 
Competed in seven meets for her first season as a Gaucho. Set a season's best in the pole vault at the Big West Challenge Cup where she put up a mark of 3.50m (11' 5 3/4"). 
 
Prep
 
Graduate of Las Lomas High School where she was a three time winner in the DFAL/Dal League Championships in the pole vault. Wang was also a three time North Coast Tri-Valley Section winner, a two time North Coast Section Meet of Champions winner, and a two time qualifer for the State Meet. As a junior she would finish 17th in the prelims at the State Meet, but would come back even stronger as a senior, vaulting all the way to 7th place in the finals. She would finish off her senior year ranked 9th in California in the pole vault with her 12' 8" personal best from that season. Coached by Randy Kramasz.

Parents are Josephine and Daniel Wang...Majoring in Communications...Athletic goal is to break the UC Santa Barbara school record in the pole vault...Hobbies include travelling, listening to music, and going to the beach...Fun Fact: played competitive tennis for 10 years and lived in China for 3 years when she was younger.
