Followed that performance up with a personal best 5k time of 18:51.1 at the John Elders Titan Invite (Oct. 20) and finished 15th, her highest placement all season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Sanger High School of the County Metro Athletic Conference … Ran for Coaches Sean Marzolf and Clay Manning and earned 7 Varsity Letters … Named 2023 SHS Female Athlete of the Year … Was an Academic Scholar for SHS with a 4.2 GPA … Was part of SHS 3x CMAC League Champions in Cross Country and 2x CMAC League Champions in Track … Personal bests include 800m (2:16), 1600m (5:08), three-mile (17:35), and the 5k (18:42).
