Biography

2019 Cross Country 

Competed in six meets for her first cross season as a Gaucho. Ran 23:31.5 for 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational to score in the top five for the Gauchos for the first time. Finished as the fifth scorer again at the Santa Clara University Bronco Invitational with a season's best time of 21:53.9. Placed 44th at the Big West Conference Championships with a time of 22:22.8. Concluded her season at the NCAA West Regional Championships as the fifth scorer for the Gauchos in a time of 22:34.3. 

2018-2019 Track and Field 

Competed in five meets for her first season as a Gaucho. Set a personal best of 10:36.15 for 3000m at the 41st Annual Aztec Invitational. Finished ninth at the Cal Poly Dual in the 3000m with a time of 10:38.75. 

Cal State East Bay 

As a Pioneer, Satterfield was a CCAA All-Academic student athlete and women's 6k school record holder for cross country at Cal State East Bay with a time of 21:47.9. 

Prep 

Graduated from Granda Hills. Qualified twice for the Division One California State Meet in cross country, once with a team and once as an individual. Coached by Dean Balzarett and Francois Wolman. 

Personal 

Parents are John Satterfield and Paula Fong...majoring in communications...career goals are to find a job pertaining to speech pathology...athletic goals are to set personal bests in all her events...hobbies include cooking and food blogging.
