MALIBU, Calif. — The UC Santa Barbara Men's Tennis team lost a close match against Georgia Tech in their second contest of the season on Monday, Jan. 29. The Gauchos dominated in doubles play, but Georgia Tech ultimately took the win 4-3 earning all four points in singles play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
UC Santa Barbara started off strong with three straight doubles victories to put them in a 1-0 lead.
Kai Brady and
Lucca Liu defeated their opponents 6-2 on court two.
Gianluca Brunkow and
Pablo Masjuan followed suit, pulling out a 6-3 victory on court one. On court three,
Conrad Brown and
Luka Mrsic fought hard to secure their 5-4 win.
Georgia Tech pulled out two victories, winning in straight sets to take back the lead 2-1.
Kai Brady secured a point on court five, winning in straight sets.
Luka Mrsic also defeated his opponent in an impressive win on court four. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to take the win, as Georgia Tech captured another two singles victories and the Gauchos fell 3-4.
