HISTORY
UC Santa Barbara and Rice met for the first time in the 2022-23 season, resulting in a 4-2 defeat of the Owls.

The Gauchos are currently 1-1 in the all time series with No. 8 Harvard. The last time they faced off was in the 2007-08 season, when they edged out the Ivy League school, 4-3. The Crimson are 10-4 this season and have yet to snap a three-match winning streak.

There stands a 4-1 record with the Yale Bulldogs, with the most recent 4-3 victory in the previous 2022-23 season. Yale went 1-2 at the ECAC Indoor Championship this year and recently defeated Wisconsin, 6-1.

FALL RECAP
UC Santa Barbara started strong in the fall with Pablo Masjuan and Gianluca Brunkow picking up a doubles victory against, at the time, the No. 12 ranked doubles teams in the nation in their opening fall tournament. Later on Masjuan would qualify for the ITA National Fall Championships and make a great run but ultimately fell in the quarterfinal round of the Championship.
