IRVINE, Calif. – Redshirt sophomore Eva Travis has been recognized as the Big West's Offensive Player of the Week following her stunning performance over UC Irvine this past weekend.
The 2024 Big West Freshman of the Year had a career-best game against the Anteaters on Nov. 21, where she delivered 30 kills. The stat stands as the highest single-game kill count a Big West player has achieved in 2025.
Travis also picked up two blocks and six digs in the Gauchos' two wins over UC Irvine and Cal State Fullerton. At Cal State Fullerton, she hit .455 with 6 kills from 11 attempts.
The outside hitter will continue to headline the Gauchos as they take on CSUN in post-season on Wednesday, Nov. 26 in Long Beach, Calif.
