SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – UC Santa Barbara Men's Tennis has unveiled its 2026 spring campaign today. Led by fifth-year head coach Blake Muller, the Gauchos face a challenging stretch of home and road contests ahead of postseason play.

The Gauchos open the new year at home on Jan. 17, welcoming FAU to the Arnhold Tennis Center. The team then heads south to Los Angeles for the ITA Kickoff Weekend, beginning with Pacific on Jan. 24, followed by a matchup either UCLA or Nex Mexico on Jan. 25.

The Gauchos return home to Santa Barbara on Feb. 1 to face USF before setting out for two early-February road trips, first to Pacific on Feb. 6 and then to Santa Clara the following day. UCSB continues a strong non-conference push with three straight home contests: San Diego State on Feb. 14, Pepperdine on Feb. 15, and USD on Feb. 21.

Tournament play resumes as the Gauchos travel to Tempe for the Arizona State Invitational, spanning Feb. 27-28. The team opens its March home stretch by hosting two opponents, taking on UNCW on March 4 before facing Texas Tech on March 7.

Following a short break, the Blue and Gold return to action with Harvard on March 22 before making the trip to Hawai'i for a March 26 matchup. The Gauchos carry their Big West campaign into early April, starting with UCSD on April 3 and UC Davis on April 4.

The team resumes its series of conference matchups at UC Riverside on April 6, and return to Santa Barbara to take on UC Irvine on April 12. The Gauchos conclude the regular season facing off with rival Cal Poly on April 17.

The postseason kicks off with the Big West Championship, scheduled for Apr. 22-25 in San Diego. From there, the Gauchos aim to secure a spot in the NCAA Championships, set for May 14-17 in Georgia.
