SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The UC Santa Barbara Women's Tennis team delivered a strong all-around performance in a convincing win over Memphis, powered by a dominant showing in doubles and five impressive singles victories across the lineup.

HOW IT HAPPENED
UC Santa Barbara wasted no time taking control of doubles play, claiming victories on courts one and three to earn the opening point. Shanelle Iaconi and Isabella Wong set the tone with a dominant 6-0 sweep of Sofiia Mykhailets and Emma Dvorackova at the top position. Lily Pradkin and My-Anh Holmes then secured the doubles advantage with a 6-4 decision over Natalia Koppova and Rebecca Frant on court three, while the match on court two featuring Ekua Youri and Caroline Beard remained unfinished at 4-5.

The Gauchos carried that energy into singles, where depth throughout the lineup proved decisive. Raphaelle Leroux was first off the courts after a commanding 6-1, 6-1 victory over Rebecca Frant at No. 6, followed just seconds later by Lily Pradkin's convincing 6-0, 6-2 win against Clemence Thouard on court five. Emma Tutoveanu continued the surge with a sharp 6-3, 6-1 performance over Emma Dvorackova at No. 4 to clinch the match.

Isabella Wong added another point in a competitive straight-sets battle, defeating Natalia Koppova 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) at the No. 3 position. Memphis earned its lone point at the top of the lineup, where Sofiia Mykhailets defeated Shachf Liebermann 6-3, 6-3.

Ekua Youri closed out the match with a resilient three-set effort on court two. After cruising through the opening set 6-0 and dropping the second, Youri regrouped to take the deciding set 6-3 against Alicia Mall, putting the finishing touches on another strong team performance.
