SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The UC Santa Barbara Women's Basketball team has released its schedule for the 2026-27 home season, including 16 appearances in The Thunderdome over four months. The home slate features numerous exciting events, including games against five other UCs, 11 conference foes, and a Blue-Green Rivalry matchup.

The Gauchos begin play against UC Santa Cruz, and will take on the Banana Slugs on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Seattle University will visit from the Pacific Northwest to face the Gauchos on Monday, Nov. 9. 

The California Golden Bears will enter The Thunderdome on Saturday, Nov. 14 to play the Gauchos for the first time this decade. Santa Barbara will host Cal Lutheran on Tuesday, Nov. 17 and Utah Tech on Friday, Nov. 20 to round out the first month of play. 

The Gauchos will play just two at home in December, starting with Cal State Bakersfield on Thursday, Dec. 3, and ending with California Baptist on Thursday, Dec. 31. 

January will open with a matchup versus UC Riverside on Saturday, Jan. 2. Utah Valley will visit on Thursday, Jan. 14 and Sacramento State on Saturday, Jan. 16.

February will see the most action, with six games taking place in The 'Dome. Long Beach State and Cal State Fullerton will appear on the first weekend,  Thursday, Feb. 4 and Saturday, Feb. 6. CSUN will challenge the Gauchos on Thursday, Feb. 18 and Cal Poly will arrive for the Blue-Green Rivalry game on Saturday, Feb. 20. 

The Gauchos' home program will finish up against two more UCs, UC Irvine on Thursday, Feb. 25 and UC San Diego on Saturday, Feb. 27.
