Spent his freshman season at Northwestern Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, a Div. II team competing in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference ... Started 16 and played in 17 games for the Crusaders, helping the team to a 12-6-1 record ... A holding midfielder, he recorded one goal and one assist on the season for three points ... Scored his debut NCAA goal on Sept. 8 against BYU Hawaii, blasting home a free kick late in the second half of an eventual 3-1 NNU win ... In his very first collegiate game, set up the only goal in a 1-0 win over Hawaii-Hilo ... Team just missed out on second straight NCAA Division II Tournament.
Club Career
Before coming stateside, played for SC Paderborn in Germany ... In his final season with Paderborn, earned a call-up to the U-23 side ... Prior to that, was a mainstay on the Paderborn U-19 team, which played in the U-19 Bundesliga ... Reached the final of the Westfalen Cup in 2012 with Paderborn.
