2025: Appeared in 30 sets across 13 matches, starting 10 of them, as a middle blocker … recorded 15 total blocks and 18 kills … earned three kills with no errors, two aces, and two blocks in the sweep at No. 10 Grand Canyon (Jan. 24).

PRIOR TO UC SANTA BARBARA: Played his most recent season at Santa Barbara City College … earned All-WSC First Team honors … played in 14 matches for the Vaqueros, averaging 2.52 kills per set … prior to that, he played one season at Long Island University for the Sharks that won the NEC Championship…NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll...Appeared in seven matches (three starts), 20 sets, tallying 18 kills, 11 digs and 21 blocks (5 solo).

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Santa Barbara High School where he was an All-CIF First Team honoree as a senior … also received All-CIF Second Team honors as a junior … helped his team to the Division 2 CIF title in 2021 after going undefeated during the regular season.

PERSONAL: Son of Julie and Martin Schuetz … mother played volleyball at Pepperdine and father was a member of the Swiss national cross country ski team … has one sister, Nicole who will be joining LMU Women’s Volleyball next fall.
