Competed with the USA Men’s Youth National Team in 2009…Traveled to Italy with Team USA and took second in an international tournament, which he names as his most memorable athletic achievement thus far…Was a four-year member of the Coastal Zone Team…Played for Santa Barbara Water Polo Club for seven years.

Chase Christian Racich was born on March 10, 1993 in Santa Barbara, Calif.…Has four siblings: Caitlin, Tristan, Taylor and Cole…Parents are Randy and Linda Racich…Is majoring in economics at UCSB with aspirations of one day being a businessman and entrepreneur…Has a wide array of interests including backpacking, hiking, camping, fly-fishing, spear-fishing, beach volleyball, tennis, soccer, kite surfing, photography, cooking, biking, chilling with friends and long sunset walks on the beach…Favorite movie is “Titanic” and his favorite book is “Call of the Wild” by Jack London…Enjoys the music of Matchbox 20…His heroes are his parents, Rich Griguoli, Jerry Woolf, Lionel Messi and Rafael Nadal…Is related to Tony Hawk…Loves Lucky Charms and Swedish Crepes are one of his culinary specialties.
