2024-25: Checked into ten games for the Gauchos … played 8.5 minutes per game while averaging 2.4 points and 1.7 rebounds … his best game came against Mississippi Valley State in which he registered seven points, two rebounds, one assist, and one block.

PRIOR TO UC SANTA BARBARA: Played three seasons at the Division II level which included deep tournament runs … began collegiate career at Cal Poly Pomona before transferring to Cal State San Bernardino … during his one season with Coyotes, Mitchell averaged 16.1 and 7.4 rebounds per game.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Cathedral High School in Los Angeles … two-time First Team All-Camino Real League honoree … named the Most Valuable Player of the Camino Real League … helped his team win the Camino Real League Championship.
