2023-24: All-Big West First Team selection...Named Big West Player of the Week three times (Nov. 20, Jan. 29 and Feb. 19)...Appeared in and started all 31 games for the Gauchos...Led UC Santa Barbara in minutes per game (32.4), points per game (15.1) and rebounds per game (9.8)...Recorded a career-high 30 points against Long Beach State in the opening round of The Big West Championships (March 13) and a career-high 19 rebounds against Hawaii (Jan 25)...Ranked ninth in the country in defensive rebounds per game...Ranked top 50 in the nation in total rebounds and rebounds per game.

2022-23: Appeared in 31 games for the Gauchos...Averaged 15.7 minutes, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.9 points per game...Scored in double-figures seven times...Recorded a season-high 17 points on 8-of-12 shooting at UC Irvine on Feb. 15...Scored double-figures in back-to-back twice, dropped 15 against UC Irvine on Jan. 16 and 11 against CSUN on Jan. 19...Scored 12 against UC Davis on Feb. 11 and 17 against UC Irvine on Feb. 15...Grabbed double-digit rebounds three times including a career-high 13 against UC Riverside on Feb. 18.

PRIOR TO UC SANTA BARBARA: Spent two seasons at Washington...Averaged 3.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 13.4 minutes per game on an efficient 42.6 percent from the field and 41.7 percent from three...Put up a season-high 10 points on 5-of-9 from the field against Louisville on Nov. 20, 2021...Posted career-highs across the board in 21 games as a sophomore, ranking fourth on the team in shooting percentage (.438) and second in blocks (6)...Missed significant action due to injury during her freshman season, playing in 12 games off the bench...Scored in double-figures twice for the Huskies, setting a career-high with 12 points on 4-of-7 shooting and 2-of-3 from deep in her second career game against BYU.

As a junior, she earned Mission League MVP honors and was the Wooden Award CIF Division 1 Southern Section Player of the Year after averaging 16.7 points, 14 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 3.1 steals per game...In her senior year, Whitfield averaged 21 points, 12 rebounds 4.3 assists, and 2 blocks per game, earning her CIF Southern Section Division 1 and Los Angeles Daily News First Team honors...Finished her high school career with both over 1,500 points and over 1,200 rebounds...Also competed in volleyball and track.
