Natalie Jarrett is in her fourth season as an assistant coachfor the UCSB women's basketball team. She also serves as theprogram's recruiting coordinator.

In her first season with the Gauchos, Jarrett helped lead theGauchos in their historic run to their 14th Big West Tournamenttitle and NCAA Tournament appearance. 

Prior to coming to UCSB, Jarrett coached at Chadwick School andwas a head coach for the Amateur Athletic Union's Cal Sparks, oneof the top AAU teams in California.

In her six seasons at Chadwick, Jarrett coached her team to fourconference titles and in her final season took the squad all theway to the CIF championship game.

A four-year letterwinner at UCLA Jarrett was part of an NCAATournament team and was an integral part of the Bruins as a player,mentor and community service liaison.

Jarrett has also worked previously as a sports academy director,a basketball counselor and served as a basketball coach at variouslevels before joining the Gaucho staff.
