Played in 31 games with four starts…Clocked a career-high 13.1 minutes per game…Averaged 2.4 points per game after shooting a career-best 30.3 percent from the field…Shot a career-high 66.7 percent from the foul line…Grabbed 1.4 rebounds per game with a career-high 42 rebounds…Dished out 1.2 assists per contest, completing the year with a career-best 36 assists…Finished with a career-best 17 steals…One of the team’s best defenders, she matched up with the opposing team’s best guard…Scored a season-high eight points versus La Verne when she went a perfect 3-3…Dished out a season-high four assists versus Cal State Fullerton…Grabbed a season-high four rebounds at Wyoming…Picked up a season-best two steals three times.

2014-15
As a junior, Lopez played in 27 games for UCSB, starting in two of them and averaging 11.8 minutes per game…Shot 25 percent from the floor, 30.4 percent from three-point range, and 65.2 percent from the foul line…Averaged an assist per game and finished with a 0.7 assist/turnover ratio, which was the second-best on the team…Picked up 1.4 boards per game…Finished the season on a high note by scoring a career-best 13 points, as she went 3-4 from downtown at Cal Poly (3/7/15)…Recorded season-highs of six assists versus LSU (12/19/14), five rebounds against Cal Poly (1/10/15), and two steals at Northern Arizona (11/23/14).

EAST LOS ANGELES COLLEGE
Lopez played for two seasons at East Los Angeles College under the tutelage of coach Bruce Turner…As a sophomore, Lopez led the Huskies to the conference postseason and was named the MVP of the South Coast Conference, the North Division Player of the Year, and Third Team All-State after scoring 14.3 ppg and leading the SCC with 7.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.3 steals per game…That year, she dished out 13 assists to set the single-game program record…Her top scoring performance that year came against Los Angles Valley when she poured in 33 points along with six assists in a 92-88 overtime loss (2/28/14)…As a freshman, she was selected to the All-SCC second team after recording 11.7 points, 4.4 assists and 3.1 swipes per game…In the classroom, Lopez won the Academic Scholar Athlete Award and the Leslie Conwell Scholar Athlete Award as a freshman…In her sophomore year, she made the Dean’s Honor List with a 3.8 GPA.

HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four varsity letters at James A. Garfield High under coach Jessica Torres…The Bulldogs competed in the CIF playoffs every season while Lopez was there…As a senior, she earned First Team All-Eastern League and First Team All-City honors behind her 17.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 6.8 averages, and 4.5 steals per game averages…That year, she lit up the scoreboard with 31 points (Season-high) against Bell HS (1/18/12)…As a junior, she was First Team-All League and Second Team All-City in a year where she set a school record with 41 points in a game against St. Mary’s Academy (12/26/10)…In her sophomore campaign, Lopez was named to the All-Eastern League second team as she recorded 10.3 points, 2.7 assists. And 3.2 steals per contest…As a freshman, she helped the Bulldogs become Eastern League Champions…Lopez was impressive in the classroom as well, as she won the John Benson Scholar Athlete Award at her school all four years.

Dioseline Guadalupe Lopez was born August 25, 1994 in Los Angeles to parents Martha and Rosario…She has a younger brother named Brayant…She roots for the Los Angeles Lakers and the LA Sparks…Her favorite sports moment was her 33-point performance against LA Valley in the playoffs when she hit the game-tying three-pointer to send the game into overtime…Her favorite movies are: Million Dollar Babby, Love and Basketball, and Coach Carter…She enjoys watching Family Matters, Full House, and Boy Meets World…One of her favorite books is Street Lawyer by John Grisham and also enjoys the work of Shakespeare…Lopez enjoys listening to John Legend and Sam Smith…In her free time, she likes to read, listen to music, and workout…Lopez was also recruited by BYU, Hawai’i, and Drake University…She plans on majoring in business with a minor in kinesiology…After graduation, she would like to play at the professional level and eventually own her own business.
