2012-2013: As a junior, played in all 33 games and started 31, averaging 29.5 minutes per game, third highest on the team… Averaged 10.5 points per game, second on the team, along with a 26.7 third point shooting percentage, second on the Gauchos as well… Shot a team high 87.5 percent from the charity strike… Recorded a team leading 94 assists over the course of the season, good for an average of 2.8 assists per game Had 28 steals, good for an average of 0.8 per game, second on the team… Scored a season high 20 points against conference foe UC Riverside on Mar. 2, shooting 55.6 percent from the field in the process… Twice put together 8 assist performances, on Dec. 5 at Loyola Marymount and against Long Beach St. on Mar. 7… Pulled down a season high 6 rebounds against Washington on Dec. 15… In Big West play, averaged 11.7 points per game along with 30.8 minutes per game… Received an Honorable Mention for the All-Big West Team, awarded for her tremendous impact on the Gauchos season and her performance overall.

2011-12: As a sophomore, played in all 33 games for the Gauchos, with three starts…Played 783 minutes (23.7 per game average)…Was the second leading scorer on the team with 8.2 points per game (270 total)…Second on the team in assists with 74 (2.2 per game average)…Third on the team in steals with 27 (0.8 per game average)…Had a career-high 20 points on Mar. 9 vs. Pacific, where she went 9-for-15 from the floor and had five rebounds…Posted double digit scoring games 15 times, including six in a row from Jan. 19 through Feb. 4…Played a season high 36 minutes vs. Cal State Northridge on Jan 21, where she had 11 points, four assists and four rebounds…Had 15 points in 26 minutes on Nov. 17 against St. Mary’s, while shooting 2-for-3 from three point territory…She went 7-for-11 from the field and tallied 14 points and six rebounds against UC Irvine on Jan. 12…Shot 39.6 percent from the floor (111-for-280)…Shot 69.6 percent from the free-throw line (39-for-56)…In Big West play she averaged 22.3 minutes per game, while putting up 7.8 points per game (124 total)…Added 44 rebounds, 35 assists and 11 steals.
2010-11 ALL-BIG WEST FRESHMAN TEAM
2010-11: As a freshman Nesbit played in all 31 games for the Gauchos, totaling 654 minutes of playing time for a 21.1 per game average…Scored the fifth-most points on the team with an average of 7.0 points per game (217 total)…Had second-most steals for the team with 25 for a 0.8 per game average…She tallied the third-most assists with 73 (2.4 per game)…Sank 76 percent from the free-throw line going 47-for-62…Scored double-digits in 10 games throughout the season…Scored career-high 15 points on Feb. 12 against UC Riverside, a game in which she went 3-for-3 from the free-throw line and 2-for-2 from beyond the 3-point line…In her one start on the season, Dec. 14 at Cal State Bakersfield, she had five steals, four assists and 13 points…On Dec. 18 Nesbit went 7-for-8 from the floor totaling 14 points, with 3 assists and 3 steals…In Big West play she averaged 22.5 minutes per game, and shot 82 percent from the free-throw line…Averaged 7.8 points per game in conference action.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four varsity letters at Harvard-Westlake High where she played for coach Melissa Hearlihy…Finished her career by scoring over 1,500 points…As a senior she was named the Mission League MVP as well as a First Team All-CIF, a First Team All-State and a First Team All-Area…Led the Wolverines to the Mission League title as well as the regional, CIF and California state playoffs…Averaged 15 points, seven assists, five rebounds, five steals as a senior while shooting 40 percent from the field and 3-point range to go with 82 percent shooting from the free throw line…Was a four-time First Team All-Mission League selection…As a junior Nicole was also a First Team All-Area pick, First Team All-CIF and Second Team All-State…Averaged 12 points, four rebounds, seven assists and four steals as a junior while helping the team to the CIF title…In her junior year Nicole had some of her finest games - scoring 29 points with 10 rebounds vs. Louisville and passing out nine assists with six steals against Chaminade…Her sophomore season, Nicole was a Second Team All-CIF selection as she averaged 16 points, four rebounds, five assists and three steals…During her freshman season Nicole was a Second Team All-CIF pick as she averaged 14 points, four rebounds, six assists and five blocked shots per game…Helped Harvard-Westlake to the league title and the second round of the CIF playoffs…Also competed in softball and track and field for the Wolverines…Won the Mission League triple jump title.

Nicole Ann Nesbit was born in Los Angeles on April 2, 1992 to Michael and Charlotte Nesbit…Plans to major in biology at UCSB with a potential minor in psychology or philosophy…Aspires to become an orthopedic surgeon…Has a sister, Briana, who is 15…Roots for the Los Angeles Lakers…Favorite movies are "The Holiday" and "The Notebook"…Enjoys swimming and reading in her free time…Favorite books are "The Great Gatsby," and "A Streetcar Named Desire"…Enjoys the literary works of F.
