Beth Ritter saw action in 14 matches, starting in 12 of them during her senior season at UCSB.. Logged a total of 1204:17 minutes.. Posted a goal against average of 1.27 with 41 saves and 5 shutouts...Playing a full 90 minutes in four of them and 80 in the other..She had a season-high of 8 saves in the shutout against Cal State Fullerton..Followed by 6 saves in games againt Cal State Fullerton and Cal Poly.

2014
Ritter played in and started 18 of UCSB's 19 matches in 2014...Logged 1632:40...Allowed 23 goals in her 18 matches and posted a goals against average of 1.27...Had 48 saves and five shutouts...Of her five shutouts, three came in consecutive games against San Jose State, Cal State Bakersfield and Sacramento State...Following the Sac State blanking, Ritter logged nearly 68 minutes of shutout time against Pacific before leaving the match, then opened a match against Cal State Northridge with 61 more shutout minutes to extend her scorelss stretch to 419 minutes...Had season-high of seven saves in a 2-2 tie at Cincinnati...Also had six-save performances at Dayton and UC Riverside...39 of her 48 saves came in road matches.

2013
As a sophomore, Ritter started 15 out of her 16 games...Had 57 saves, 12 goals against, and eight shutouts...Had a 0.77 goals against average, the third lowest single season mark in UCSB history...During one stretch, Ritter had five consecutive shutouts, the most by a Gaucho in two decades...Recorded a career-high 10 saves in a loss to Cal State Fullerton...Twice had six saves versus San Jose State (2-0 win) and Long Beach State (2-1 loss).

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB

Ritter graduated from San Ramon Valley High School in Danville, Calif....Played for Mark Jones...Helped San Ramon Valley HS to four North Coast Section championship matches, one of which resulted in a section championship...Named First Team All-East Bay Athletic League and Honorable Mention All-CIF North Coast Section as a senior...Was also a first team all-league choice as a sophomore and second team as a junior...Helped her team to four EBAL titles...Played for the G94 Mustang Blast...Ritter was a three-year captain and helped the Mustang Blast to four Cal North State Cup championships...She earned an Adidas Golden Glove at the 2009 U14 Nationals.

Ritter is the daughter of Phil and Tena Ritter...Is considering a major in marine biology and would like to become a physical therapist or a marine biologist...Also played lacrosse for one year in high school.
