2017
Post saw action in 16 matches, all off the bench, for the Gauchos during her freshman campaign...Played 374 minutes...Assisted on a goal at UCLA for her only point of the season...Had five shots, two of which were on goal.

Post can play either attacking midfield or forward…Competed for the Beach Futbol Club…Her club was a finalist at the USYSA National Championship in 2016 and 2017 as well as Cal South State National Cup champions in 2015 and 2016…In 2017, she was named as one of the top 11 players in the tournament which took place in Texas...Earned a second-place finish in the USYSA National League in 2015-16…Finished in first-place in the CRL League in 2015…Attended Notre Dame Academy where she did not play soccer as a freshman…Also attended Notre Dame as a freshman when she was second team all-league and Rookie of the Year…Attended El Segundo High School during her sophomore and junior years.
