2014
Taylor owned the role of the being one of UCSB’s top attackers in 2014…The junior was one of four players to record more than 200 kills (225) and was third on the team with her 2.39 kills per set average…She led the Gaucho pin hitters with a .235 kill percentage…Recorded 51 total blocks (0.54 per set) and tallied 260 points (2.8 per set)…Also had eight service aces along with 31 digs…Had a season-high six scoops in season finale at Cal Poly…Was named all-tournament at the Sacramento State Invitational after leading UCSB to a 2-1 finish behind her 31 kills (3.1 per set) and .294 kill percentage…She reached season-highs in back-to-back matches with 17-kill performances against Northern Illinois (9/20/14) and Cal Poly (9/27/14)…Her 17 kills against the Mustangs came off a .333 kill percentage…She played a crucial role in UCSB rallying back from two sets down, as she also had three block assists, including one that clinched the fifth set.
2013
In her second year with the team, Britton Taylor appeared in 10 matches...She recorded 25 kills with 1.09 kills per set and had 74 total attacks...Had season-highs of 13 kills and 24 total attacks in an Aug. 31 win over Nevada in five sets.
2012
As a true freshman, Britton showed that she was already an adept quick hitter, ranking third on the team – and tops among UCSB middles – with 270 kills. Her .243 hitting percentage led the squad. She finished the year with exactly 100 blocks (nine solo), third most among the Gauchos. Signature performances include a 16 kill, .464 hitting percentage in an Aug. 31 win over Idaho and a 14 kill, .591 hitting percentage in a four set victory over Portland St. on Sep. 4. Had a season best eight blocks at UC Riverside on Nov. 16 in a five set win.

Taylor attended Corona Del Mar High School... played for Marissa Booher... Went all league junior year...Won Pacific Coast League four years straight... Helped team earn first team all CIF and first team all county senior year... Pacific Coast League MVP senior year... Awarded Daily Pilot Athlete of the Week as well as OC Register Athlete of the Week senior year.
