Attended Dave Mikesell High School…Earned All-League honors freshman through senior year…All-CIF all four years of high school…Third Team All-CIF freshman year…Second team All-CIF sophomore and senior year...First team All-CIF junior year...Named as the 2010 Defensive Player of the Year…CIF Semifinalist freshman and senior years…CIF runner up junior year...League champions all four years...Also competed in swimming.

Jessie Marie Porter "Porterhouse" was born on January 4, 1994 in Columbus, Nebraska…Parents are Judy Penman, who played golf at Florida State, and Rex Porter…Has one older brother, Mitchell...Jessie started to play water polo at the young age of nine…Aspires to be a lawyer and is currently a Sociology major…Enjoys being with friends and going to the beach…The Los Angeles Clippers is her favorite sports team to watch...Names “Bridesmaids” as her favorite movie...Favorite TV Shows are "American Horror Story" and "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia"…Lists her mom as her personal hero...Favorite after practice snack is banana with peanut butter...Favorite pump-up songs are Eye of the Tiger, and Started from the Bottom by Drake…Most memorable athletic achievement was being named the 2010 Defensive Player of the Year..
