2017
Snyder in 29 games scored 35 goals with 4 assists (39 points) and had the second highest drawn ejections on the team with 27… In the classroom, Snyder earned a 2017 Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches All-Academic Award for her high GPA.
High School
Played for four years of water polo at Clovis West High School under coach Scott Torosian… During her senior year she was awarded MVP for her team and the TRAC Player of the Year Award… In her junior year she also earned MVP, First Team All-American, and Fresno Bee Player of the Year… Sophomore year she earned Second Team All-American and Mrs. Offensive… During her freshman year she was honored with Fourth Team All-American and was on the Women’s Cadet National team… She also competed in swim where earned All-American in the 4x100 and 4x50 all four years… During her junior year of swim she ranked 7th in the nation for the 4x50 free relay.

Sarah Frances Snyder was born on Dec. 23, 1997 in Clovis, Calif… Daughter of Mike and Beth Snyder… Has two sisters, Caitlyn and Julianne… Is currently majoring in Environmental science with a minor in Political science at UCSB… She has aspirations to pursue a career in Environmental Law… Lists “Top Gun”, “Deadpool”, and “American Sniper” as her favorite movies… Her favorite TV shows are “The Office”, “Game of Thrones”, and “Criminal Minds”… Names the Percy Jackson series and Eragon series as her favorite novels… Enjoys listening to the music styles of Fall Out Boy, All American Rejects, Blink 182, The Fray, and Black Bear… She spends her free time learning how to surf, hiking, wakeboarding, scrapbooking, and watching Netflix.
