IRVINE, Calif. - The UC Santa Barbara Women's Tennis team ended their three-game road trip with a blanking of UC Irvine. The Gauchos dominated start to finish to earn their third win in as many days.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Gauchos continued their hot streak and fast starts into the match against UC Irvine. Santa Barbara quickly took the advantage in doubles play after Amelia Honer and Kira Reuter earned a 6-2 victory on court one. Camille Kiss and Lucy Lu would then clinch the doubles point with a 6-3 win in the No. 2 position.

As the match moved to doubles play the Gauchos did not let up. Kiss and Honer would extend the Gaucho lead to 3-0 after two straight set victories on courts one and two. Tyra Richardson clinched the match for UC Santa Barbara with a 6-1, 6-0 victory in the No. 3 position. Courts four, five and six would finish in order with the Gauchos taking wins on every court to sweep the Anteaters 7-0.
