Gaucho Golf Reveals 2025-26 Schedule

| By:

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The UC Santa Barbara Men's Golf team is set for the 2025-26 season, featuring a schedule of four fall tournaments and six spring tournaments. Fresh off their strongest conference finish since the 2020-21 season, the Gauchos will enter the year under the leadership of Head Coach Chris Massoletti, now in his fourth season with the program.

For the second consecutive year, UCSB will kick off its season at the Ram Masters Invitational hosted by Colorado State from Sept. 11th to 12th. The Gauchos then head just south to the Air Force Academy in Fort Collins for the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational from Sept. 20th to 22nd. UCSB then has over two weeks off to gear up for the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational, held at the University of the Pacific in Stockton from Oct. 9th to 11th. Saint Mary's will host the Gauchos' final fall tourney at the Saint Mary's Invitational in Seaside, California, from Oct. 20th to 22nd.

Once the fall schedule concludes, the Blue and Gold will spend several months preparing for the spring championship season. The Gauchos tee off from Feb. 23rd to 25th in Palm Desert to take on the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate, hosted by the University of Wyoming. Less than a week later, UC Santa Barbara heads to sunny Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for the 16th Annual Cabo Collegiate, hosted by the University of Arkansas. At the Cabo Collegiate, UCSB will face six teams from the 2025-26 Bushnell/Golfweek Preseason Coaches Poll, including No. 5 Ole Miss, No. 6 Arizona State, and No. 9 Florida State. After another quick turnaround, the Gauchos travel to San Diego, where the University of San Diego and San Diego State will co-host the R.E.L. Invitational from March 9th to 10th. The month concludes as UCSB attends the UC San Diego Invitational from March 22nd to 24th, hosted by UC San Diego.

To wrap up their regular season, the Gauchos return to their home turf after their stint in San Diego to host the Gaucho Invitational from April 6th to 7th, a two-day tourney that will take place at Sandpiper Golf Course. UCSB will then take about a month to gear up for the Big West Championship, which will be held in La Quinta, California, from May 3rd to 5th. The Gauchos aim to build on their success under Massoletti's leadership.
