SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The UCSB women's tennis team beat Cal State Fullerton 6-1 Wednesday afternoon, winning their third straight match and improving to 4-3 on the season and a perfect 3-0 in Big West play.

Shakhnoza Khatamova and Kira Reuter shut out their opponents in doubles, winning 6-0. Then Lise Sentenac and Elizaveta Volodko secured the doubles point with a close 7-5 victory.

The Gauchos won five of the six singles matches, highlighted by a 6-1, 6-1 win by Khatamova and a 6-1, 6-2 takedown by Sentenac.

Three matches marks the Gauchos' longest win streak since the 2018-19 season.

UCSB looks to continue their success as they travel to Hawaii to take on the Rainbow Wahine Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
