Box Score SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The No. 42 UC Santa Barbara Women's Tennis team extended its winning streak to nine matches and remained undefeated in Big West play with a commanding 6-1 victory over Cal State Fullerton on Saturday afternoon at the Arnhold Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Gauchos got off to a fast start in doubles, with
Amelia Honer and
Ali Benedetto rolling to a 6-2 win on court one. Anna Weissheim and
Raphaelle Leroux sealed the doubles point shortly after with a 6-3 victory on court three, while court two went unfinished with UCSB leading 5-4.
In singles, UCSB's depth proved to be too much for the Titans.
Raphaelle Leroux delivered a dominant 6-1, 6-1 win on court three to spark the Gauchos.
Emma Tutoveanu and
Ali Benedetto followed with straight-set victories on courts four and six, respectively, to push the lead to 4-0.
Cal State Fullerton picked up its lone point on court one, where Sein Myoung defeated Anna Weissheim. But UCSB closed strong with wins from
Tyra Richardson on court two and
Carla Pacot in a third-set super tiebreak on court five.
