SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – 2026 All-Big West Freshman Team Selection
Natalie Sheffey has signed an international pro contract with FC Badalona in Spain's top-tier professional women's league, Spanish Liga F.
Sheffey earned All-Big West recognition in her lone season with the Gauchos. The Hermosa Beach native played in 23 matches while starting in six of them. Over her 23 matches, she scored one goal and recorded five assists, which led the team. Sheffey's seven points ranked top five on the team during the 2026 season.
FC Badalona is located in Badalona, Spain. The club has competed in Liga F for the past four years, finishing as high as 11
th during the 2022-23 season with a 6-8-16 record. They currently sit ninth in the table for this season with a 3-8-4 record.
