MALIBU, Calif. (Sunday, October 23, 2022)— The ITA Southwest Regional Championships came to a close Sunday morning for the UCSB men's tennis team as Phillip Jordan and Kai Brady ran into the No. 2 doubles team in the country in the semifinal round.

The top-ranked singles player in the nation, Stefan Dostanic, and his partner Bradley Frye from USC met the two Gauchos in the final four round which called for a best of three sets match. Jordan and Brady did not waiver forcing the Trojan duo to a tough battle, but in the end the tourney's top-seeded team took the win 7-5, 7-5 to advance to tomorrow's championship.
