Trip to the East
The UCSB men's tennis team will travel to Florida for a trio of matches. They will play host Florida Atlantic on Saturday as well as South Florida and Rice on Sunday and Monday respectively.
Title Chasing
This season, UC Santa Barbara is looking for their seventh Big West title in eight years. The Gauchos finished the 2022 season with a 17-6 record, going 10-0 on their home court. They reached the finals of the Big West Championships before falling to UC Irvine 4-2, ending their historic run of six consecutive Big West Championship titles.
Fall Recap
The USTA SoCal Intercollegiate Championships that took place last October saw three Gauchos make the championship finals singles and doubles. Pablo Masjuan finished the tournament runner-up in singles and doubles with partner Luka Mrsic. As of November, Masjuan currently sits at no. 77 in the ITA rankings.
