Brill Set to Compete Among Nation's Best

INDIANAPOLIS (June 26, 2023) – UC Santa Barbara Men's Swimming student-athlete, Kyle Brill is set to compete at the 2023 Phillips 66 National Championships this week. These championships will be contested over five days starting on Tuesday, June 27, and finishing on Saturday, July 1.

These championships will feature the nation's most elite swimmers who will be racing for coveted spots on Team USA to represent our country at the 2023 World Championships, the 2023 Junior World Championships, the 2023 Pan American Games, or the 2023 LEN European U23 Swimming Championships.

Brill is set to compete in the 400 LC Meter IM on Thursday, June 29 with prelims beginning at 10 a.m. Eastern and the finals starting at 7 p.m. Eastern. During the 2022-23 season for the Gauchos Brill earned four MPSF First Team honors after winning the 200 IM, 400 IM, and 800 free relay while taking second in the 200 back.

For those not in attendance at the Indiana University Natatorium, prelims will be streamed daily at usaswimming.org/watch and finals can be viewed live on Peacock.
